Our home offers a 2-car garage, a fenced-in backyard, a back patio with a new hot tub, desk space, and a fully stocked kitchen for guests to enjoy. There are two televisions: a 60-inch Smart TV in the living room over the fireplace and a 32-inch TV in the master bedroom. Decorated in a cottage-modern style with white linens, natural woods, plants, and scenic art, our home provides a cozy and aesthetic atmosphere. You’ll find plenty of restaurants within a 3 to 5-minute drive or a 10-minute drive to Downtown Fayetteville. It’s also just an 8-minute straight shot to the University of Arkansas!
When it’s time to retire for the night, choose from one of our three private bedrooms:
(1) Master bedroom is on the main floor with a luxury King mattress, featuring blackout curtains, television, private attached bathroom with walk-in shower, giant closet with laundry room, and Jack & Jill sinks.
(2) Upstairs King bedroom with pillow-top mattress, featuring blackout curtains, a large closet, and an attached full bathroom.
(3) Upstairs Queen bedroom with pillow-top mattress, featuring an attached full bathroom, plus a closet, dresser, and side chair. There are 2 Twin-sized sofas with sheets (kept in master bedroom closet) that may be used for sleeping 2 additional people if needed.
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

★ Parking is shared with the neighbor. Guests are prohibited to park in the driveway, as it will block the neighbor and may result in towing. All other cars must be parked across the street on the South side - facing East.
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
-There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
