Welcome to The Emerald - a custom, newly built home in the heart of Bentonville, Arkansas.
This home can sleep up to 8 guests and has 4 private bedrooms. Our living room is complete with ample seating, a 48-inch Smart TV and plenty of games. Our large kitchen has a host of new appliances and amenities, perfect for whipping up your favorite meal. Outside on our back patio, enjoy a private fenced-in back yard with a dining area, lots of green space, and a fire pit with adirondack chairs.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,- Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events. If a party that has not been pre-arranged with us occurs or is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - Pets are allowed with a small fee. - This is a no smoking home, if you smoke in the home you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. You may smoke outside. - Please note that we charge up to $100 per hour for late checkouts if not previously arranged. - No indoor fireplace usage!
