Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- - We do not allow any pets on the furniture including the beds at night. Pets must be kept in the mudroom (laundry room) if not attended and that the guest is responsible for any damages that might occur due to pets (this allows us to not have a pet deposit).
- - If any items are left at the property, we will ship them if you pay shipping & handling.
- - Trash day is Thursday morning, so if you're staying on a Wednesday night, please take it to the curb with the recycling.
- - There are 2 Nintendos upstairs available for your use. To access, click input until you come to arrive at HDMI 2/3.
- - All televisions are fully equipped with Cable and have Smart app streaming capabilities.
- - There is an air mattress available for your use along with extra bedding in the closet off the game room upstairs.
