Eagle’s Bluff is the ultimate resting spot for anyone looking to get away from it all! Located on Beaver Lake, our home offers sweeping views of the lake and the Ozark Mountains. Looking to get out on the water? Travel less than a mile down the road to War Eagle Marina to swim or dock a boat. If you’d like a close-up view of the lake our marked nature trail is available for your enjoyment. Our cozy home is flooded with natural light and boasts beautiful sunset views. It can sleep up to 12 guests with 7 luxury beds, a fully stocked kitchen, two spacious living rooms, and an 1800 square foot double-decker patio with ample furnishings & amenities including a third deck with seating. This home is owned & designed by our in-house interior designer and no detail is spared!

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
