Welcome to The Oakley! When you first enter our home, you’ll be greeted by beautiful open concept living, dining and kitchen space. Directly to the right sits our main living area. Here, you’ll find a sectional, lounge chair, 65-inch TCL Roku TV and entertainment center filled with boardgames. Behind the couch, sits our four-top dining table - the perfect place to enjoy a meal or a game with the crew.
Straight ahead, you’ll see our state-of-the-art kitchen. When you’re not enjoying Fayetteville’s local food scene, our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create your favorite homemade meal or baked good. At one end of our large kitchen island, you’ll find four plush barstools overlooking the kitchen.
At the end of the day, settle into one of our four luxury beds:
(1) Our Primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, large walk-in closet, 55-inch TCL Smart TV and en suite bath.
(2) Our second bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, dresser and nearby bath.
(3) Our third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and nearby bath.
(4) Finally, our fourth bed is a Full-size pullout that can be found in the living room.
Step through the door in our kitchen to enjoy our small outdoor patio. Here, you’ll find a two-top conversation set and a view of the woods at the front of our home.
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Please note that there is an exterior camera on the front door for the security of the property.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
-There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
