Welcome to Keats Retreat! Upon entering our home, you’ll immediately be greeted by our bright, open concept living room and kitchen area. To the right, you’ll see our living room, which has a large, ultra-comfy sectional, 55-inch Roku TV, working gas fireplace and gorgeous modern flair. This space is the true heart of our home.
Through the living room, you’ll see our kitchen. Our granite island and three barstools sit in the center of this space - our electric burner can be found in the center of the island. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking amenities you could ever need, including a drip coffee maker, a Keurig, high-end appliances and plenty of built-in storage. From here, you’ll have access to a door leading to the outside living area.
When it’s time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four luxury bedrooms.
Downstairs:
(1) You’ll find our first Primary bedroom with a King-size bed, dresser, large walk-in closet, 50-inch Vizio Smart TV and ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs:
(2) Our second Primary bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, closet, 45-inch Roku TV and shared bathroom
(3) Our third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, 44-inch JVC Roku TV and shared bathroom.
(4) Finally, our fourth bedroom has TWO Queen-size beds, a dresser, a closet, a 50-inch Vizio Smart TV, a nearby bathroom and access to the upstairs balcony.
Head outside to enjoy our backyard living space! Exit through the side door in our living room and you’ll find yourself on our back porch, which has a Charbroil gas grill and 4-top outdoor dining table. From here, you’ll also have access to our fully fenced-in backyard. Off the fourth bedroom, you’ll also have access to our balcony, which has two lounge chairs and a small table.
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.
- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
