Enjoy DIRECT access to Beaver Lake at Shoreline Serenity! Located in a gorgeous lakeside neighborhood in the Ozark Mountains, our home offers luxury amenities for up to 8 guests, including a private outdoor patio, multiple living areas and huge, fully stocked kitchen. This is a shared property with Shoreline Cottage!

When you enter our home, you’ll immediately see our formal dining area as well as our kitchen. Straight ahead sits our six-top dining area and to the right, you’ll see our HUGE kitchen. This space is fully stocked with state-of-the-art amenities including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, high-end appliances and tons of built-in storage. On the opposite end of this space, you’ll see a four-top dining table as well as a door leading to a formal seating area and sweeping lake views.
Back through the formal dining room and kitchen, you’ll enter into our main living space. We like to call this the grand living room! Here you’ll have access to two seating areas - one near the TV and one near the gas fireplace. The area near the TV has a large leather couch, a lounge chair and a 55-inch LG smart TV. The area near the fireplace has two large leather couches, two lounge chairs and an ottoman. Both areas are surrounded by gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Beaver Lake.
At the far end of the living room, you’ll see a door leading to our Sunroom. To the left, you’ll see a four-top dining table sitting in a bank of windows - a gorgeous place to enjoy a meal. To the right, you’ll have access to our indoor grilling area, where you’ll find a propane grill and fully stocked kitchenette. From here, you’ll also have access to our side patio.
At the top of the stairs, you’ll see a small lounge area with two cozy chairs and a 43-inch Samsung Smart TV.
After a long day out on the lake, choose from one of our four luxury bedrooms.
Downstairs:
(1) Our first Primary bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, large walk-in closet, 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, lounge area and en suite bathroom.
(2) Our second bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, dresser, lounge area, small desk, telescope and nearby bathroom.
Upstairs:
(3) Our second Primary bedroom has a King-size bed, large walk-in closet, lounge area, 35-inch Roku Smart TV and en suite bathroom.
(4) Our fourth bedroom has a Twin-size bunkbed, small play area and attached bathroom.
Head outside to enjoy our large, private deck with sweeping views of Beaver Lake and the Ozark Mountains! Here, you’ll find three four-top dining tables and a propane grill.
To access Beaver Lake, all you have to do is make the short, easy walk off the backyard!
If you’re looking to experience NWA with a bigger crew, make sure to check out Shoreline Cottage! These two homes sit on the same property and share outdoor amenities and lake access, making it the perfect additional housing for a big group.
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

★ Once at the property, the nearest boat ramp is at Hickory Creek Park Boat Ramp (6 mi), the nearest gas station and grocery store is Hometown Country Store (9 mi), the nearest restaurant is Johnson’s Hickory Creek Diner (5 mi), and the nearest liquor store is Fiesta Liquors (7.5 mi).
★ Guests at Beaver Lake properties are not allowed dock access. This restriction is enforced by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, which prohibits private docks from being used for commercial purposes, including short‑term rentals.
★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.
- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
