Our home, originally built in 1953, has been renovated and professionally designed with you in mind! Enjoy easy access to everything Fayetteville has to offer. Walk or ride 1.5 miles to Wilson Park or the Razorback Greenway, both of which provide convenient access to NWA eateries, shops, and more. A short 5-minute drive will take you to Dickson Street or the Downtown Square, Fayetteville’s hub for food, drinks, entertainment, and more. At home, enjoy luxury amenities for up to 6 guests!

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our colorful, fully stocked kitchen. This space features all the appliances you’ll need for a perfect night in with your crew. A two-top table sits to the right of the kitchen area, offering a comfortable place to enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee.
Walk through the kitchen to access our open-concept dining and living room area. Immediately you’ll see our six-top dining table surrounded by bright red chairs. To the left, you’ll see our living room which has a HUGE gray sectional, a 70-inch Vizio Smart TV, and tons of natural light.
When it’s time to settle down for the night, choose from any of our three private bedrooms:
(1) Our first bedroom features a King-size bed, closet, dresser, 55-inch Vizio TV and nearby bathroom.
(2) Our second bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, dresser, and nearby bathroom.
(3) Our third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, a built-in dresser, two closets, a nearby bathroom, and a door leading to the backyard.
Outside, unwind in our outdoor living space! Head through the door in the second bedroom or in the laundry room and you’ll step out onto our back porch which leads to our large patio, where you’ll find our BBQ grill and string lights. In our large backyard, you’ll see a fire pit surrounded by four Adirondack chairs, and if you’re lucky you’ll get to see our deer friends lounging in the yard.
Looking to get out on the town? Drive, bike or scooter just FIVE minutes down the road to enjoy Fayetteville’s Entertainment District, which is home to amazing food, drinks, and activities.
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.
- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
