Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • - No smoking of any kind allowed on the property including inside and patios, balconies and yard.
  • - No parties or events.
  • - Only overnight guests are allowed on the premises.
  • - No illegal activities or drugs.
  • - Noise ordinance is strictly enforced - Police will be called. No outside noise after 10 pm and the following restrictions apply:
  • 7 am - 7pm: One hour Average Sound Level 50 decibels
  • 7 pm - 10pm: One hour Average Sound Level 45 decibels
  • 10 pm - 7am: One hour Average Sound Level 40 decibels
  • Violation of Rules will result in forfeiture of entire rental deposit, immediate eviction and $1,000.00 fine.
  • - Swimming Pool / Hot Tub Disclosure (if applicable): In addition to the standard terms included herein, Renter is aware that the Property has a swimming pool and or hot tub, as defined by California Health and Safety Code, Section 115921. Renter is also aware that the property may lack one or more of the following: 1. An enclosure separating the pool from the house; 2. A protective pool cover; 3. Exit alarms on all doors providing direct access to the pool; 4. Other means of protection, greater than or equal to the above referenced devices. Renter understands that the purpose of the above-referenced safety devices is to prevent accidental drowning. Renter assumes the risk of occupying the Property as a residence without any or all of the above-referenced safety devices installed at the Property.
  • - No Sand In Hot Tub (if applicable): Renter acknowledges that it is Renter’s responsibility to ensure that no guests in Renter’s party bring sand into the hot tub by any means. Renter understands that upon check out, the hot tub will be inspected for sand and if found, will result in a charge of $300 to Renter’s credit card. If there is sand in the hot tub upon Renter’s arrival, alert the management company within 24 hours of the arrival date to ensure that Renter is not held accountable.
  • - Pets: Limit 2 dogs per group. Pet Fee: $25 per night per dog. Guests must disclose their dog(s) information and get approval. Failure to notify us may result in additional charges.
