The comfortable bedroom is at the back of the flat so is very quiet. The sitting room has extremely high ceilings and overlooks a quiet residential street. The flat flows seamlessly from room to room. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, you will find everything you need. Guests will have access to the entire flat. Victoria Station Underground (Circle & District or Victoria Line), Mainline, Gatwick Express, Coach Station) - 8min walk Pimlico Underground (Victoria Line) - 10min walk. A 15 minute lovely walk away is famous Sloane Square and Kings Road, with various bus routes connecting you to the rest of London. Please note the sofa bed in the front room will not be set up unless it is previously requested at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date. The fee for a sofa bed set-up is £100 inc VAT. Per 5 nights. Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter. Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels. If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change. We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request. Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee. Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
