Villa Baie Longue Beach House is a charming West Indian-style retreat directly on Baie Longue Beach. With three air-conditioned bedrooms, a spacious open-air living/dining room, and a large pool, it offers the perfect blend of comfort and Caribbean elegance. This wonderful, West Indian style home with lovely arches on the seaside is located directly on Baie Longue Beach with over a mile of shimmering white sand. The home was completely renovated in 1996 and in 2003 has had more extensive renovations including a new portico entryway, extended living area and an indoor/outdoor bar overlooking the pool area.
There are three air-conditioned bedrooms each with their own en-suite baths. All three bedrooms open out to a covered gallery that runs the full length of the villa. Two of the bedrooms also open into the main living areas of the villa.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
