Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- • DOG RULES - MAX of 2 dogs allowed; there is a $100 pet fee per dog and you will be held responsible for damages; Please inquire with us for more details before booking; Please keep pets off of the beds and furniture; Yard cleanup - *BAGS ARE PROVIDED* - Please pick up after your pet, by disposing of any waste into the trash bin before you checkout from the property. A $50 fee will be incurred if the yard is not picked up.; If an unapproved pet is found at the property you will be asked to vacate immediately and a $1000 fine will be incurred.
- • Please leave your shoes in the mudroom and your ski equipment in the garage
- • Snow trouble? - There is neighborhood and driveway plowing, and there is a box of sand/gravel in the garage for you to use if needed.
- • There is an EV charging OUTLET ONLY in the garage; however, this is not an advertised amenity, but it is available for your use & you must have your own cables if you desire to use the outlet.
- • Guests must be comfortable with stairs. This property has 2 levels.
- • The propane gas grill on site is NOT AN ADVERTISED AMENITY - adequate gas level in propane tanks is NOT guaranteed. Should you desire to use the grill, you may, but only under the condition that you acknowledge you are responsible for covering costs should you need a new propane tank.
- • Hot tub service - The hot tub is serviced weekly (usually on Monday or Tuesday; there is not a specific timeframe for service). It is accessible from outside of the home, however, please know that the tech will have to walk alongside the main living area the primary, and the bedroom for access.
- • Hot tub - Please keep in mind that if a complete drain and fill service is needed, it may take up to 48-72 hours for the hot tub to come up to full temperature.
- • *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.*
- • Quiet hours 10pm-7am
- • *No smoking; events, parties, or large gatherings - $1000 fine*
- • If you cause any damage to the home, inside or out, you will be charged for the repair and/or replacement costs.
- • Check-out time is 10 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-out times. Fines will be incurred for violation.
- • Noiseaware - Please keep noise to a reasonable level. This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe decibel monitor that does not record conversations.
- *There is no mailbox access at this property. We are not responsible for any lost or returned packages.
- *Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind after your stay.* Should you believe you left any personal belongings at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, the guest will be responsible for paying a $40 recovery charge and shipping costs for any items that need to be returned by mail. Prices may vary for large items.*
