Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

  • A unit with 2 queen beds instead of a king-size bed is available which can sleep up to 6 guests when 2 guests sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge. Please ask (must be requested in advance). 
  • A maximum of 2 children under the age of 12 per unit.
  • This condo is located in the middle of the tourist corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, and while the resort has an incredible number of amenities on site, if you want to explore the area, you may wish to consider renting a vehicle or booking a driver. 
  • An official Environmental Sanitation Tax is applicable per night per accommodation for this rental and will be charged at check in. ($) 
  • Beach is one of the few swimmable beaches in Los Cabos.
  • Step-free access to the apartment, and bedrooms, while ramps are available throughout the resort make it suitable for wheelchairs and people with mobility limitations.
