Our 2-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Rim Village Vista townhome is conveniently located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. It’s location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, Arches N.P. and Canyon Lands N.P.
The townhome was recently constructed and features a bright, open interior, comfortable furniture and thoughtful decor. The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals and there’s a gas grill on the patio for nights when you’d like to grill. There’s plenty of dining room inside or out on the patio.
Both bedrooms (located upstairs) feature comfortable mattresses and fresh, soft linens. Each room has it’s own attached bath (that’s right, two master suites!) so it’s ideal for two couples or a family! Downstairs the living room also has a sofa sleeper for extra guests and there’s also another 1/2 bath.

**Please note that this is a two-story unit and stairs must be used to access the bedrooms on the second floor.
Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains. The nearby community pool* and hot tub are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!
*2026 Hot Tub Closure: Please note that hot tub will be closed June 7th - Aug 23rd 2026 while our HOA constructs a new hot tub (these dates are subject to change). The pool will be closed June 7 - June 16, 2026.
The home has 2 dedicated parking spaces and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. It has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV’s and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!
