Each bedroom within Villa Jungle Rendez Vous is equipped with a comfortable bed; one king-size bed and another a queen-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds, both setting the scene for a rejuvenating sleep for our beloved guests. There is also an en-suite bathroom in each room to add to your comfort. The first bedroom treats its guests to an alfresco bathtub, letting you unwind beneath the open sky. Meanwhile, the second bedroom boasts an indoor bathtub coupled with an outdoor shower, granting you to retreat into secluded serenity. Flowing seamlessly from one space to another, Villa Jungle Rendez Vous’ open-plan living room with ample sofas blends with an intimate dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy workplace for those of you who need a private place to do your work with Smart TV facilities and comfortable sofas. Encompassing the space, clear sliding glass doors fill the room with Ubud’s serene light. Two ceiling fans are installed in this shared area, allowing gentle breezes to circulate throughout your stay. Considering our villas offer the best view in the infinity pool with jungle view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow,  a bit tricky, still on progress and narrow for some larger cars. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.  If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. We recommend you to contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa. If Nearby Construction Occurs: We value your peaceful stay. In the rare event of construction in our area, our team is ready to assist with any comfort concerns. Vendor Services: To ensure the villa’s equipment and your safety, our dedicated team manages all vendor services within the villa, including spa, personal training, decorations, private chefs, yoga, photography, and villa equipment. Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2.000.000. Waste Management: Contribute to Bali’s sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa. Sustainable Amenities: We provide Sensatia Botanicals, a locally founded skincare brand, as bathroom amenities (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Made in Bali with 100% natural, cruelty-free ingredients, this partnership reflects our support for sustainability and local initiatives, including plastic recycling and beach cleanups. Natural Charm: Our villas embrace Bali’s tropical beauty, where the sounds of nature—geckos and insects—create a serene ambiance. The open design may occasionally welcome wildlife, despite regular pest control. Geckos, symbols of good luck in Balinese culture, and other creatures are vital to the ecosystem. Cultural Respect: In Ubud and Bukit, monkeys may be present—please refrain from feeding or interacting with them. Surrounding landscapes, like jungles, rice fields, and local farms (e.g., duck, chicken or pig), are not part of the villa property and may be accessed by residents, with changes beyond our control. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage. FAQs Q: What time is the check-in policy? A: Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time. Q: What time is the check-out policy? A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. Q: Is breakfast included in the booking? How do we order the chef’s service? A: Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can easily arrange breakfast by contacting our reservation or concierge team. We offer a variety of menu options prepared by our dedicated private chef, right in your villa. The cost is IDR 160.000 per person, with a minimum order for 5 guests. You can indulge in a floating breakfast for an additional fee of IDR 150.000 per tray. For lunch and dinner, we offer enhanced services, including set menus, live BBQ cooking, ethnic cuisines, and even fine dining prepared by a Michelin-star chef, all cooked in the villa. Prices for lunch and dinner start at IDR 450.000 per person. Please note that terms and conditions apply for booking. Additionally, our villa features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you the flexibility to prepare your own meals if you prefer. Daily housekeeping is provided from 9:00 to 17:00. Linens are changed every third day for sustainability. To ensure privacy, please coordinate with your Villa Host or Staff for a convenient cleaning time. Your comfort is our priority. Q: Can we have extra clean towels? A: Certainly! We are happy to provide extra towels, subject to availability. Please feel free to reach out to your Villa Host or Staff, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request promptly. Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this 2-bedroom villa? Can I have extra beds? A: This villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. However, it can host a maximum of 6 guests, with the 5th and 6th guests considered as extra. An additional fee of IDR 365.000/night/person applies.
