The Home
The villa, which has been completely renovated, is on two levels: the ground floor consists of a large living room with TV sofas and a dining area, a bedroom with a single bed with a puof convertible into a second single bed, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with sink and toilet. From the living room there is access to the outdoor veranda equipped with an electric awning where the outdoor dining and relaxation area is located. Convenient stairs lead to the first floor, which consists of three bright double bedrooms, two of which have balconies and one with a pouf that can be converted into a single bed, and two complete bathrooms with shower.On the basement floor accessed from the garden there is a laundry room and a shower stall.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning and wi fi.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
