Windsor Island is Kissimmee’s newest and most luxurious resort community. This stunning vacation rental community features all the popular resort amenities, and so much more! An extraordinary 5,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece, as well as a huge resort-style pool, complete with cabanas, a water slide, and lazy river – perfect for families to enjoy for hours! When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the tiki bar serves both your favorite libation, along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. For the athletes in your group, there are sand volleyball courts and a multi-purpose sports courts as well as a fitness center with state of the art cardio and weight equipment. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse, along with a video arcade. Windsor Island Resort is a gated community, with an attendant, to ensure the safety for all our visiting guests.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- A third party runs the resort facilities. Availability of all resort facilities cannot be guaranteed
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. Only propane grills are allowed. Discovery of usage of charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. Our grill is available for a one time fee rental which includes one propane tank
- Please note: Our pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. Please allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature.
- While the use of the pool and spa (where available) itself is complimentary, activating the heating system will incur an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. This fee will be charged separately and is not included in your initial booking. To request pool and spa heating, please contact your property manager after your reservation is confirmed. If paid in advance, we will activate the system at least 24 hours before your arrival.
- Please be aware: The temperature of the spillover spa (where available) can fluctuate between 80°F and 100°F depending on outdoor conditions. Our pool heating system is equipped with a safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the pump in extreme cold weather to prevent damage. This may result in temporary interruptions to the heating service.
