Pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature and if paid in advance, we will turn heat on at least 24 hours prior to arrival. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary shut-off of services automatically until the pump can regain its function efficiently. The Oasis Club at Champions Gate consists of a huge 9,500 sq. ft clubhouse with incredible amenities: Movie Room, Games Room, Grille Room Restaurant, Fitness Center, Aerobics Room, Champions Gate Country Club golf course, full-service restaurant, beach volleyball courts, and Kids Club. The resort community pools, lazy river, water-slide, indoor cabanas (rentals) with AC, and of course the tiki bar at the pool to cool down with a refreshing drink and meet new friends! To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
