The Oasis Clubhouse has something for everyone. This state-of-the-art resort
clubhouse has plenty of features and amenities. If you’re staying at one of
our vacation homes, you can take advantage of the included amenities on offer.
Don’t spend every day at the nearby theme parks – take a day off and relax at
the Oasis Clubhouse. The Oasis Clubhouse complex includes two separate water
zones including the circular lagoon pool that’s perfect for soaking in the
sunshine. The second zone includes the water slides, tunnels, lazy river and
splash zone for the kids to play all day long. Guests can also make use of the
poolside cabanas and the tiki bar that’s open every day. A short walk from the
pool area is the main clubhouse with the Oasis Grille Restaurant and bar, a
fitness center, family cinema, kids play/craft zone and more

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
