Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • - In renting this property, you agree to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury, harm, or death resulting from the use of ladders and bunk beds.
  • - For your safety and ours, we have an outdoor security camera aimed at the entryway / parking. There are no cameras in any of the living areas.
  • - General Noise Restriction Guidelines: No occupants shall play any musical instrument, radio, stereo, television, conduct cell phone or other conversations on decks/walkways or otherwise cause or permit any noises in the building or on adjacent grounds for a continuous, sustained period of time (10+ minutes) at a level that would disturb or annoy the occupants of other units or unreasonably interfere with the rights, comfort or convenience of other occupants.
  • - Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 7 am; noise levels must be kept below 50-60 dB (i.e. standard conversation voice level) during Quiet Hours, and below 70-80 dB (i.e. vacuum cleaner sound level) at other times. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
