Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - OFFICIAL IDENTIFICATION: As a policy, we will request official identifications from the entire group prior to your arrival.
- - CHECK OUT: The latest check-out time is 11 am. If you need to leave later, you must check availability and obtain authorization. After 11 am, 60% of the nightly rate will be charged.
- - CHECK IN: Check-in time is from 3:00 pm onwards. If you'd like to leave your luggage earlier, it's with prior authorization and ONLY for luggage drop-off. If guests stay before their check-in time, a 50% charge of the nightly rate will be applied as it hinders the cleaning staff from doing their job properly.
- - LATE CHECK OUT: Cleaning is scheduled at check-out time, 11 am. In case of not having an authorized late check-out and not vacating the apartment on time, a late check-out penalty will be charged.
- - EXTRA PERSON: Extra persons beyond the number of guests you've booked for have an additional cost.
- - PARKING: If you plan to use the parking space, please let us know to coordinate. If we don't have prior notice, you won't be able to use it.
- - GARBAGE: Help us take out your garbage before leaving.
- - PROPERTY DAMAGES: The apartment must be left in the same condition as it was delivered. Any damage to the apartment must be reported, the amount of damage will be quoted, and it must be settled by the guest. Failure to do so may result in the use of the security deposit to cover the damage.
- - DECORATION: Please do not move, remove, or change furniture, objects, or any other decoration in the room and the house.
- - SMOKE-FREE APARTMENT: It is strictly prohibited to use cigarettes or any tobacco product inside the apartment. Violation of this rule will be subject to a penalty of $500 MXN. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace for apartments with a terrace.
- - ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE CONSUMPTION: The consumption of drugs and narcotics inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Any illicit activity reported within the apartment will allow the entry of the authorities.
- - PETS: Only with prior authorization and an extra cleaning fee of $400 MXN.
- - KEEP SILENCE: Please keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm and respect neighbors who are workers and families.
- - PARTIES OR GATHERINGS: Renting the apartment for parties or gatherings is strictly prohibited. In the event of a reported party or gathering, a fine of $1,000 will be imposed, and guests will be asked to vacate the apartment immediately.
- - VISITS: Meetings or parties inside the property are strictly prohibited. Only access to guests included in the reservation is allowed; any visit outside of these conditions will be considered a violation of the rules, and guests will be asked to vacate the apartment unless prior authorization is requested.
- - LOSSES OR THEFT: The host is not responsible for any loss or theft within the apartment.
- - KEYS: At the end of the stay, loss or forgetting of the keys will incur a cost of $150 MXN for replacement. If additional key delivery is requested during the stay, the guest must pay the shipping cost. Elevator card replacement cost is $500 MXN.
- - INTERNET: Each guest is responsible for all actions and messages during their stay; downloading or uploading files illegally is prohibited.
- - INVENTORY: The apartment is equipped and inventoried with basic items for use; please take care of them as they are for your benefit. Any damage or malfunction of these items should be reported and replaced; otherwise, it will have an additional cost depending on the value.
- - PROPERTY DOMINION: Neither the host nor the property owner will be responsible for any crime or illicit act committed within the apartment, avoiding the Extinction of Dominion over said property.
- - CONTACT: For maintenance issues or questions about the apartment, please consider a schedule from 8 am to 10 pm. After 10 pm, write or call only in case of emergency.
- - CHANGES IN RESERVATION: Once the reservation is made, no changes can be made to decrease the number of guests or days.
- - LAST-MINUTE RESERVATIONS: Guests booking with less than 24 hours' notice can check in at 7:00 pm.
- Building Regulations:
- Strictly prohibited:
- 1. Invading parking spaces.
- 2. Hanging clothes, linens, etc., on windows and balconies.
- 3. Misusing the balcony
- 4. Hosting more people than registered.
- 5. Organizing parties and gatherings that disrupt order.
- 6. High volume in audio and video equipment.
- 7. Smoking or consuming alcoholic beverages in common areas.
- 8. Throwing glass, metal, wood, or any heavy material in the trash chute.
- 9. Making noisy repairs outside of working hours.
- 10. Leaving garbage or objects in common areas.
- 11. Moving
- or bringing in furniture outside of working hours and without authorization.
- Penalties:
- - First warning without penalty.
- - Second warning fine of $1,000.00 MXN.
- - Third warning fine of $2,000.00 MXN.
- - Fourth warning fine of $3,000.00 MXN.
- - Fifth warning onwards, the fine triples.
- Additional Note:
- We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Unlike hotels with daily housekeeping services, we are not able to restock the consumables beyond the items offered in the starter kit during a stay. All of our properties are located close to many major stores so please feel free to purchase any additional consumables that you think you might need during your stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.
