Our amazing apartment it’s located in the historical downtown area or Porto, on the oposite side from Palácio da Bolsa (The Stock Exchange Palace). This building was recently fully renovated and preserved its original facade.
The apartment it’s modern and with unbeatable views to the historical Square Infante D. Henrique that houses the Palácio da Bolsa, market Ferreira borges and the streets leading to Ribeira.
This building was entirely renovated, maintaining it’s original façade. The natural light and views are just breathtaking. The apartment it’s equipped with modern and comfortable appliances and furniture to make your stay very enjoyable. You will find Egyptian linen on the bed and fluffy terry cloths. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee and tea station as well as a wine bar for you to enjoy while resting.

This is a historical and iconic location with the Stock Exchange Palace right in front, it was a place for trades and important meetings for centuries until nowadays. You will be in the heart fo the medieval historical center where you will find a mix of historical buildings and streets as well as many landmarks like the Ferreira Borges Market, São Francisco Church, the Cathedral as well as the pedestrian street Rua das Flores and just a few minutes away from the river. Around here you will find many shops, cafes and restaurants where you can try local delicacies or indulge in fine cuisine.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
