Welcome to Ocean Breeze! Property Manager Property Management is thrilled to
offer Unit 2-303, a magnificent, updated top floor oceanfront unit centrally
located in the Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club. This luxurious 3-bedroom
condo features vaulted ceilings and a gorgeously appointed lanai facing the
Keauhou coastline where you will experience breathtaking sunsets. Sounds of
crashing waves will lull you to sleep at night while tropical birds, who make
their home in the lush vegetation surrounding this unit, will greet you in the
morning. Relax and unwind while savoring one of the most incredible views on
the Big Island. Guest have the option of to add AC during their stay for an
additional cost of $30 plus tax a night.
This condo has been thoughtfully updated with new floors, furniture, linens
and décor that highlights the talents of many local artists. Being on the top
floor allows the cooling ocean breeze to freely flow through this expansive,
light and airy unit. All new high-powered ceiling fans throughout help keep
the unit and lanai cool and comfortable.
The unit sleeps 6 adults comfortably (with room for 2 children). The master
bedroom, with vaulted ceiling and a king bed, features a direct ocean-front
view with lanai access and a full en suite bathroom with a walk-in tiled
shower. The second bedroom also has a vaulted ceiling, two queen beds with
memory-foam mattresses, and a large picture window surrounded by lush tropical
vegetation. Just a step away from the second bedroom, the second full bathroom
features a tub/shower combination. The loft features a vaulted ceiling, a king
bed, a writing desk, a closet and full-sized dresser. The two large windows
high above the loft wall provide sweeping hillside views. The lanai offers
many options to relax with a view, including a six-person dining table,
outdoor couch and two adjustable lounge chairs.
State-of-the art technology enables fast and stable internet. The living room
features a 60-inch smart-tv including an additional blue-tooth enabled sound
system with sound bar and subwoofer that connects to your devices. The
entertainment systems deliver beautiful pictures and sound. The well-appointed
kitchen with stunning ocean views makes cooking while on vacation a pleasure.
A variety of beach toys, including snorkel gear, water shoes and beach chairs,
are available to all guests.
The Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club is a gated condominium community with
three professional style tennis courts with night lighting, a pickle ball
court, and ping pong tables. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for
laps as well as for small children and other water activities. Showers and
restrooms are conveniently located in the pavilion near the courts and pool.
This unit is on the top floor. The complex does not have an elevator.
One of the most interesting features of the club is the numerous
archaeological sites. Descriptions posted at each site tell the history and
provide a glimpse into Hawaiian life and culture many years ago.
The club is surrounded by lush tropical gardens with walking trails
throughout, including a trail to a private black sand beach. Conveniently
located, it’s a close walk to Kahalu’u Beach, one of the best snorkeling
beaches on the island, and grocery stores, restaurants and shopping.
