On the opposite side of the Zingaro Nature Reserve, at the foot of Mount Cofano, lies the exclusive seaside resort of San Vito Lo Capo, famous for its three kilometres of white sandy beach and its transparent sea. Our holiday homes in San Vito lo Capo are the perfect place for a tropical-style holiday. The enchanting beach is definitely the highlight, along with the traditional fish couscous served in every bar and restaurant in town and the ’pani cunzatu’, delicious local bread topped with tomato, cheese, anchovies and olive oil. And don’t forget to try some ’cassatella’, a typical sweet with ricotta cheese, sugar and chocolate drops - try it in one of the traditional pastry shops in Castellammare del Golfo, the ancient seaside town you’ll pass on your way to Scopello or San Vito lo Capo, full of interesting monuments and beautiful beaches.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
