This spacious studio apartment is situated under a large main home in the coastal North Shore suburb of Browns Bay, featuring a queen bed in a separated bedroom space and two couches in the lounge that convert into single sofa beds. Browns Bay is a quintessential seaside town nestled off the exquisite white-sanded coast of the Hauraki Gulf. The beachside contains a bounty of shopping, dining and entertainment options, along with plenty of nature-based activities. The main sleeping area is separated from the open-plan living and dining space with a hallway and door at the end, however, it does open into the kitchen area. When you stay here, it’s a short 5 to 10-minute drive to the coastline, main beach, Browns Bay Reserve, and the central shopping and dining area. Browns Bay Beach is by far the biggest attraction nearby. It’s the perfect location for sunbathing, swimming, taking a lovely picnic, and strolling along the shore.
