The luxury holiday home, Villa Alba, is located on a cliff directly above the beautiful Amalfi Coast, between Amalfi and Positano. Access to the property is from the road that connects the entire Amalfi Coast, via a large gate that leads to the parking lot. After a few steps you reach the Mediterranean garden that surrounds the villa. Due to the natural inclination, the rooms of the villa are divided onto three levels. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Please note that upon arrival you will be required to pay the municipal tourist tax of 2 Euros per person per night; furthermore, upon arrival, if it has not been paid previously, a security deposit of 1000 Euros will be required which will be returned upon check out if there is no damage to the villa.
- Electricity consumption is not included and will be paid at the end of the stay. Payment for consumption will be calculated and requested upon departure.
- Inside the villa you will find a staff composed of two waiters and a cook.
- The maids do their job for 4 hours in the morning for cleaning when the guests wake up. If hours exceeding 4 per day are requested, there will be an extra cost to be agreed directly in the villa.
- There is a midweek linen change (Wednesday) for both sheets and towels (a set of three is provided for each guest: one large, one medium and one small).
- The cook serves only for the guests of the house. Events or dinners or parties with more people than the guests staying in the villa are not included in the price, and if there are they must be organized and agreed before arrival with an additional cost and a separate external organization which must be contacted and booked before arrival and indicated by the owner of the villa.
- Normally the next day's menu is agreed with the chef one day before, guests can do the shopping themselves or, if they prefer, the chef can go and do the shopping agreed the day before.
- Guests are responsible for the cost of food and drinks, and if you prefer the chef to do the shopping, there is the cost of petrol, which for the whole week is around 200 euros.
- Breakfast is a buffet and is available from 8:00 to 10:00.
- Lunch is from 1.30pm. at 3.30pm
- Dinner is from 8pm. to 10pm
