The villa of approximately 350 m2. It has an entrance which leads to the large helical lounge overlooking a rectangular terrace equipped with a splendid view of the sea. Downstairs from the terrace we find a garden with a splendid view and an equipped barbecue and a long table for outdoor lunches for more than 10 people. From the living room with TV corner there is access on the left to a dining room with a long rectangular table for 10/12 people and from here there is access to the bright and functional kitchen equipped with two fridges, washing machine, dishwasher, oven etc. From the entrance on the left, you enter a corridor with three bedrooms each with two single beds and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The villa is completed with a small apartment on the floor below the living room with a view and access to a garden with a view; the annex consists of a dining room/kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds (convertible into a double bed) and two bathrooms, one with a tub/shower and one with a shower. From the villa through a road inside the park you reach the sea and a private swimming pool carved into the rock (the swimming pool is shared with the guests of the villa next door) The villa is absolutely very hospitable, and welcoming with a warm and homely decor. It does not have air conditioning but being on a promontory it is always pleasantly ventilated.
