Look no further, you have officially found it! Belle Isle has everything you need to enjoy some much-deserved beach time with your family and friends. This property is actually two separate houses connected with a HUGE front porch and divided by a long airy breezeway which overlooks the beautifully landscaped yard and in-ground swimming pool. West Side Unit: Three bedrooms, open concept living room with flat-screen TV, dining, and kitchen for easy entertaining. Two bathrooms and laundry room with full-size washer dryer. Bedroom one has a king bed and couch with a flat-screen TV. Bedroom two has two full over full bunk beds, a twin-size day bed with a twin trundle, and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom three has two full beds and one full over full bunk bed. Exterior doors off both the master bedroom and the third bedroom for easy access to the breezeway. East Side Unit: Two bedrooms, open concept living room with flat-screen TV and kitchen. Sliding glass doors open to the front porch. Laundry closet with full-size washer dryer. Bedroom one has a king bed and a futon that opens to a queen bed along with a flat-screen TV. Bedroom two has two full over full bunk beds and a flat-screen TV. All TVs in the east unit are smart TVs with streaming sticks. Outside: In-ground swimming pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and beautiful palm trees. Two large picnic tables seating up to 12 people each. BBQ grill for cooking up your fresh catch! Parking: Parking for up to 10 standard size vehicles. Off-street parking large enough to fit a recreational vehicle, small to medium passenger bus, or boat. Wireless internet provided in both properties. Winter Texans welcome! Golf cart friendly community! *Sand Key offers Golf Cart rentals for this property. Additional Information will be sent to you in your booking confirmation message :) * For Golf Carts-it is free delivery and pick no discount rates:) CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won’t need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy. INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker. SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay. GUEST VERIFICATION: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes: - Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. - Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. - Paying a non-refundable $50 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you! -The age requirement is 25 years or older to reserve a property. SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
