Newly decorated and centrally located, but just far enough from the hustle and
bustle - This 3 Bedroom 3 Bath is a Gem! The clean and stylish, open concept
living space provides a great area for your entire group to hang out after a
busy day on the slopes or the lake ...and after all that activity you are sure
to be hungry, but never fear, this kitchen has everything you need to whip up
a great meal while still offering space to socialize while prepping. The
property offers underground private parking and even your own EV hook up for
charging (NEMA 14-50 outlet) ...and did we mention, not 1 but 2 Primary
suites! The 1st primary bedroom is open and spacious with a King size bed and
a nicely renovated En Suite Bath. The 2nd primary bedroom offers bunk beds and
a full bed, perfect to accommodate any family configuration, plus a perfect
size modern bath. Bedroom 3 is downstairs on the main level and has a queen
sized bed and an epic view of the forested area below. Amenities galore and
always family friendly, we can’t wait to welcome you to Silver Mountain 301.

Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk
beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the
guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge
$35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper
accommodations.
