Perched on the pinnacle of Koala Beach Estate, this 3-bedroom sanctuary includes a plunge pool, enclosed yard and all the amenities you need for a memorable stress-free getaway. From the strategically positioned breakfast balcony, to the Master Suite, every corner offers serene views of the East Coast, from whales on their annual migration to vibrant sunsets over Mt Warning.
Interior:
As you step inside, located on the ground floor you will find bedroom 2 equipped with a queen size bed, and bedroom 3 with two king single beds. There is a fully equipped bathroom located nearby including a luxurious bathtub, shower, toilet, and large vanity.
Also located on the ground floor is a designated office or work from home space for added convenience. Each of the 4 bedrooms includes a wall hung remote controlled TV, wardrobe and ducted air conditioning for the hot summer nights.
The downstairs entertainment area is designed to provide you with endless opportunities, from watching the kids in the pool, enjoying quiet time on the lounge, or a kids retreat, this space has it all.
