Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - Check-in is available after 14:00 PM, while check-out is at 12:00 PM.
- - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside of the room, please smoke on the balcony.
- - Pets are not allowed - Parties and events are not permitted
- - We ask that you be respectful of our neighbors who reside on the property
- - Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. If you encounter any issues with your neighbors, please notify us immediately.
- - In the event of any accidental damage or breakages during your stay, we kindly request that you report them to us before checking out.
- - If any damage is not covered by our insurance or exceeds the security deposit, the cost of repair or replacement will be billed to the guest.
- - To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, we ask that you limit the number of visitors during the day.
- - The total number of guests must not exceed the maximum limit allowed on the property, and all guests and visitors must comply with our house rules.
- - Please Park in available designated areas.
