Then the Villa Paraiba is the exclusive solution for you! Located on one of the most beautiful and panoramic roads of the island, the residence offers you a 1 hectare garden planted with a private swimming pool and relaxation areas where you can relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.
Villa Paraiba consists of two levels and an outbuilding located in the adjacent property, which can accommodate another six people if necessary, for a total of 18 people, including 12 people in the main villa and six people in the outbuilding.
On the ground floor of the villa you will find six bedrooms, five of which are doubles and one bedroom with two single beds and three bathrooms (one with a normal bath and two with a shower).

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Additional charges:
- - electricity: €0.50 per Kw/h (total to be quantified at checkout)
- Electricity will be charged on the last day of your stay at €0.50€kwh to avoid wasting energy and pay for its actual use. We ask you to turn off air conditioning and lights when you are not home to improve sustainability, save costs and preserve the environment.
- For stays longer than one week, service and cleaning charges will be calculated per day and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
