Villa Eden is a beautiful villa, completely renovated in 2021, in a modern and classic style, in perfect "country" style, located just 250m from Eden Beach, in a panoramic position, overlooking the sea of Asinara, from which you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
Water sports facilities are available on site at this family villa.
Relax in the garden or enjoy a drink on the patio of this 200 m² villa, which also offers a fireplace and barbecue grill.
Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and towels. Full kitchen with a stove top oven and fridge, electric kettle, microwave and cookware.
The strength of the property is certainly the large garden and the veranda overlooking the sea, which, overlooking the Gulf of Asinara, is almost an extension of the sea to the property itself.
The property consists of two independent apartments connected by an external staircase.

The apartment on the top floor has inside the living room with kitchen overlooking the large terrace overlooking the sea furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one triple with bunk beds and single bed), bathroom with shower just renovated.
The apartment in the basement has a large living room, kitchen with dishwasher, double bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower and large garden.
Our guests can decide whether to live in the garden or rather the large veranda on the second floor furnished for outdoor dining.
The entire property, as well as the outdoor porch, are furnished with lounges, dining tables and relaxation areas, to allow guests to enjoy a unique seascape while dining or talking during the sunset.
Jump into your car and make short work of the 7-minute drive to Water Paradise or the 17-minute drive to Platamona Beach
