This ground-floor unit features an open-concept floor plan, beautiful wood furnishings, and access to a community swimming pool set amidst tropical gardens. The open-concept living space features a living room, kitchen, and a small dining area with a solid wood table and four chairs. The living room includes a comfortable couch and loveseat, a wooden coffee table, and an entertainment center with a TV. The fully equipped kitchen features a wrap-around granite countertop and breakfast bar that includes two high-top chairs, as well as wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, and a stovetop. La Carolina 5 can accommodate up to four guests across two bedrooms. It also offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and cable TV. The master bedroom features a double bed, vibrant artwork, a window with views of the tropical garden, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double-sink vanity. The second bedroom features a double bed, a large closet, and two windows that offer views of the lush landscaping, and is located next to a second bathroom with a double-sink vanity and walk-in shower. Guests at La Carolina 5 will have access to a swimming pool and a rancho surrounded by vibrant tropical foliage. The shared space features a picnic table and chairs, lounge chairs, a couple of hammocks, and an outdoor dining area with a grill, a sink, and a refrigerator. Pet-friendly policy We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied. Owners are responsible for their pets’ behavior and any damages incurred.
