Flamingo Cove 7 can comfortably accommodate six guests between its two bedrooms and spacious open-concept floor plan. The main living space offers a living room, dining area, kitchen, and sliding glass door that opens to a covered balcony with breathtaking ocean views. The balcony features a wrap-around iron railing and is accompanied by an outdoor dining set that can seat four guests. The comfortable living room is furnished with a stylish design, with a brown suede couch, a matching set of rattan chairs, and a loveseat situated around a wooden coffee table. Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied. Owners are responsible for their pets’ behavior and any damages incurred.
