This fantastic oceanfront home on the south end of Pawleys Island features professionally designed decor with amazing views of the ocean to the east, and the creek to the west. The beach house features a beautiful new kitchen and bathrooms, as well as central H/VAC, large flatscreen cable TV, DVD, WiFi, large living/dining room combination, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. Spend your time lounging on the two screened porches, 2 decks and a dock on the creek. Rinse off after the beach with the Enclosed hot/cold shower under the house. This is a great location for your family’s annual beach vacation. With a max occupancy of 14, enjoy spreading out or pairing up between six bedrooms that vary from 4 queen beds to varied bunk bed sets. Pets and smoking are not permitted.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • -All guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in.
  • -NO PETS, there will be a $250.00 fee for guests brining pets into the unit and immediate eviction with no refund.
  • -A Security Deposit in the amount of $250 is required at check-in for every unit by way of cash or Credit/Debit Card. This amount will be refunded provided there is no damage or missing items from the unit. Credit/Debit Card authorizations may take up to 14 days to be released depending on card issuer. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted for this deposit.
  • -NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE UNITS, there will be a $250.00 fee for any evidence of smoking in the unit.
  • -NO HOUSE PARTIES, should a house party (chaperoned or un-chaperoned) occur, occupancy will be immediately terminated. Should a parent check into a rental and later leave students or minors, the students/minors will be evicted if we find it necessary to do so. No refund, including unused rental amounts, will be refunded.
  • -Agent personnel are permitted to enter the premises during normal working hours (8:00am t0 6:00pm) for the purpose of conducting inspections, repairs, or services.
