The Home
Corymbia Cottage is a hand-built, open-plan guest house situated on 100 private acres in the exclusive Broke Fordwich wine district of the Hunter Valley.
The cottage features an upstairs sleeping area with a queen bed and a downstairs bed-sit section with another queen bed. Guests can enjoy an open fireplace, a BBQ, and river access for bushwalking.
Please note that there is no TV reception or Wi-Fi, and mobile reception cannot be guaranteed due to the rural location.
The cottage is surrounded by ancient angophoras and corymbias, offering stunning views through eucalypts over the vineyards. Guests can enjoy bushwalking tracks, birdsong, fresh rainwater showers, and occasional visits from local wildlife.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
