Sun’s Up Fun’s Up is a 3300 sq ft home in Cypress Dunes, an exclusive 44-acre gated community with a single access road to ensure privacy. With a beautiful unobstructed view of the Gulf and the pristine Topsail Hill State Park, the home is just steps away from the state-of-the-art Beach Club which includes a clubhouse, outdoor fireplace, large infinity-edge style heated (seasonally) pool, an over-sized jetted hot tub, a full fitness facility, and expansive decks for views of the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The 3-story spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, and an elevator. The first floor has a lovely built-in bunk room, queen, across from the oversized laundry room and full bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The primary bedroom has a view of Topsail Hill State Park. The third floor features a spacious kitchen and dining area. The living area has a fireplace and large windows that offer stunning views of the Gulf and Topsail Hill State Park’s white sandy dunes. Surf’s Up Fun’s Up is just steps away from the state-of-the-art Beach Club that includes a clubhouse, outdoor fireplace, large infinity edge style heated (seasonally) pool, an over-sized jetted hot tub, a fitness facility, and expansive decks for views of the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
