Hummingbird Cottage in Sugarwood Beach is a tranquil getaway at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. With a dining table and lots of seating, a screened porch welcomes all. Bright and colorful, the ground-floor living area has a fireplace, an adjoining dining room, and a gourmet kitchen through the arches. A primary suite, king, features a cozy sitting area, private bath, and private porch. The laundry-mud room leads to the backyard, surrounded by woods. The stair-landing nook has a nice collection of patriotic art, the second-floor guest room, queen, features charming hummingbird décor, and the bunk room has a nautical theme. The rooms share a Jack and Jill bath but have their own vanities. With a queen bed and full kitchen, the carriage house above the garage is ideal for two additional guests that desire extra privacy.
