Hummingbird Cottage in Sugarwood Beach is a tranquil getaway at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. With a dining table and lots of seating, a screened porch welcomes all.
Bright and colorful, the ground-floor living area has a fireplace, an adjoining dining room, and a gourmet kitchen through the arches. A primary suite, king, features a cozy sitting area, private bath, and private porch. The laundry-mud room leads to the backyard, surrounded by woods.
The stair-landing nook has a nice collection of patriotic art, the second-floor guest room, queen, features charming hummingbird décor, and the bunk room has a nautical theme. The rooms share a Jack and Jill bath but have their own vanities.
With a queen bed and full kitchen, the carriage house above the garage is ideal for two additional guests that desire extra privacy. Find excitement in South Walton. Then return to peace at the charming Hummingbird Cottage.
