Out back, you’ll love the pool area. With large TV, outdoor bar, propane grill, half bath, and a pool (heated option), the entire area is surrounded by pines. And with a putting green right by the pool, you may never go back inside. Inside the brand-new home, the spacious open living area is marvelous. The living room is newly furnished, and the kitchen’s expansive island has bar seating for 4. The handsome dining table sits 6. The screened-in porch, just off the living room, is ideal for morning coffee and pastries. Near the entrance are two guest rooms, both with king, TV, and a shared hall bath. Near the stairs is a wonderful primary bedroom, king, with TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and dual vanity. Upstairs, a living area is perfect for kids or teens. Down the hall is a guest bedroom with two twin beds. A second guest room can double as an office and has a daybed. Both share a full bathroom. We’re excited to have you stay with us!
