A gorgeous bright living room to host guests and a fully equipped kitchen to cook up a feast. This home is the perfect stay for friends and families. 2 spacious bedrooms and a remodeled new bathroom. Comes with A/C in the living room. Netflix & Wifi available. Close to all the great restaurants, cafes and luxury shopping one could ask for! Would be a pleasure to host.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Please note: Because we are a legal company we require all guests to provide I.D. verification at check-in to complete the check-in process to comply with government rules and regulations. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!
