Situated in the Old Town of the city next to the three unique Roman columns of Mármoles street, the location of this apartment will allow you to visit the city’s most distinctive monuments in just a few minutes.
Upon entering the apartment, we discover the bright and spacious living room featuring a small balcony overlooking the quiet inner courtyard, an oasis of calm. The classic and traditional design of the living room invites to relax and enjoy with family or friends. It is fully equipped with necessary furniture, a sofa, armchairs, table, chairs, and a smart TV.
The kitchen, fully equipped for short and long stays, is not only functional but also has a pleasant and unique design due to its characteristic tiles. It boasts a dining table suitable for several diners, the perfect place to savour local products.
Furthermore, this floor provides a full bathroom with a shower, toilet, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a single bed and the second has twin beds, both overlooking the impressive inner courtyard.
On the upper floor, we find the master bedroom, adorned with sophisticated details and equipped with a double bed. On this floor, there is also a full bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom, furnished with twin beds, includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
