Welcome to Zen Den, an Property Manager home!Only steps away from the village and a short drive to the lake and mountain resort. This rental will give you easy access to everything Big Bear has to offer but take you away from the hustle and bustle. The cozy wood-burning fireplace in the main living area which opens up to the gourmet kitchen and dining area is the heart of the home. A bedroom with bunkbeds connects to a full bathroom which is also accessible from the main area. Upstairs the grand Primary Bedroom offers a gas fireplace and a very spacious en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and tub. A bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bunk bedroom, as well as another full bathroom complete the sleeping arrangement. Every bedroom has access to its own balcony or deck. A generous landing on the top floor with a foosball table and sofas as well as a pool table/hockey combo in the main living area ensures you have plenty of options for entertainment.Only about 100 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Big Bear Lake is a beautiful and convenient break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This nature lover’s paradise provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear Lake offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and tubing. In the summer, visitors love to play water sports, horseback rides, golf, hike, and mountain bike. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Use of outdoor spas and other outdoor activities are prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am.- No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.- Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle.- This home can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.- Please note, all persons (including infants, children and visitors) at the home are counted towards the total occupancy of the home. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time.- This home does not have AC.- Guests are responsible for disposing of trash at the local dumpsite in accordance with the City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on the property.- Property Manager plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property.Parking Details:4 cars can park onsite.The driveway is very steep, low profile cars may scrape entering the driveway. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
