The house makes for the ideal family break, with ample space inside and out and not to mention your own private swimming pool! The mature gardens are the perfect setting for late summer evenings with undisturbed rural views. The house is well equipped with all the modern amenities you need and is ideally located close by to Windsor, London and Ascot. A real hidden gem!
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room complete with bespoke table and hand painted wall mural, cosy snug with smart TV, office, W/C and a utility space.
The 1st floor benefits from 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite). Bedroom 1 & 2 have a connecting door, perfect for families with young children.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
