Seacrete Villa 1 is built on three levels and located at the hihest point of the plot. It has views to the entire Akrotiri Peninsula and the town of Chania the perfect place to watch the sunrise and the sunset,
As you enter from the parking area level you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has all the necessary appliances and facilities. A dining room and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV with direct access to the exterior area and the pool are located pretty close to the kitchen. On the ground level, there is a wc bathroom.
The villa has four double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms with shower, The first bedroom is located on the first floor with amazing views of the exterior area and the sea of Akrotiri. A large terrace completes the area, where you can enjoy the amazing sea and pool view. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, offering complete privacy and autonomy.
The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the large swimming pool and the lounge area with sofas which makes it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. The swimming pool can be heated upon request with extra charge. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun.
