Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.
Lucena is a serene 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom unique property with an extraordinary 78 square meters spread inspired by grassland. With the perfect mix of old and new Berlin, this apartment in Charlottenburg is in the prime location for shopping, dining, and getting a true taste of the German capital. After a day of exploring, come home to Lucena to experience unique design.
All rooms in this apartment have been uniquely decorated. The first bedroom features a queen size bed and plenty of storage space. The plants and wooden chair create the perfect sitting space right by the window. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and a dedicated workstation for all remote working needs. Both the full and half bathrooms are sleek in design with dried plants, reminiscent of the grassland.
The living room has a full entertainment system for full relaxation. There is a table top that comfortably seats four and a second dedicated workstation. The wooden floors and wooden furniture bring a very rustic feel to the space. The fully furnished kitchen is sleek and stylish with modern finishings. Guests have plenty of space to prepare a home cooked meal, which can be enjoyed from the comforts of the living room or at the wooden kitchen countertop. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.
