Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Must be over 25 to book. Absolutely no parties, gatherings or outside visitors. Non shedding dog only. $250 extra cleaning charge for dog hair on beds or furniture. Also for any poop found in backyard. No Noise after 9:00pm especially outside. Please be considerate to neighbors. This is a residential neighborhood. $500 fine if code compliance arrives for any disturbance complaints. We are looking for guests who want to chill out and get away. No loud amplified noise outside or any disturbances to neighbors. Must wash all dishes or leave running in dishwasher at checkout. No lifeguard for pool. No Diving. Use at your own risk. Please be vigilant with children. Pool heat is available for a $125 per day utility charge. Must book all days. (not necessary in summer) Spa heat is no extra fee. For safety we have ring camera at front driveway and Ring Door Bell Camera at front door. No other camera devices on property. We have no cameras inside or backyard.,Start: 22:00, End: 7:00
