RENOVATION and Addition completed in May 2023.
All NEW flooring in the upstairs, we got rid of the carpet in the bedrooms and replaced it with click lock flooring. We also added a 420 square foot addition that features 14 foot ceilings, a large private office and a massive play room along with a 3rd full bathroom. We also expanded the existing asphalt driveway and you can now comfortably park 9 cars without even stacking them.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals: refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans. There is a coffee maker for those coffee lovers in your group!
There are 3 seats at the counter in the kitchen and there is a dining table for up to 10 in the true dining room. Perfect for enjoying your home cooked meals.
The living room has a large and comfortable sectional sofa, and smart TV with connections to YoutubeTV, Netflix, Prime Video and Vizio Watchfree.
There is a lower level with additional seating, TV, and pool table. Perfect for kids to enjoy their own space!
There are now 3 full bathrooms and one half bath. Three on the upper level and one on the main level. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom.

Master Bedroom 1: king size bed with ensuite bathroom and twin bunk bed, second floor
Bedroom 2: second floor, queen size bed
Bedroom 3: second floor, queen size bed
Bedroom 4: lower level, queen size bed
On the lower level there is an open space with two queens and one full futon

Outdoors: over 2 acres, House is only 80 feet from Milton Pond with 330 feet of private waterfront, private beach, 1,500 square foot of outdoor deck space on 2 levels, hot tub, fire pit, plenty of seating, and a Weber Grill with plenty of gas to cook up a great BBQ.
Watersports are a big attraction at the lake which stretches over 5 miles across three “ponds.” There are 2 sandbars roughly 1 mile from the dock. One has a volleyball net and room for 50 boats in the summer months. The marina and ice cream shop are roughly 2 miles away which is always a big hit with the kids. You can rent a boat from the marina.

Guests have access to the entire house (minus the owner’s closets) via a keypad.
Uber & Lyft are NOT very reliable modes of transportation. You can walk a quarter mile to downtown Milton, NH which features 3-4 restusrants, a Cumberland Farms Gas Station, Dollar General and a Dunkin Donuts.
