5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. All bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryer and hand soap. Heated pool fee is $125/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you’d like the pool heated. The pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. The backyard is fully fenced in for your privacy and safety, including a dedicated gate to keep the pool and hot tub secure when not in use. We offer a full kitchen with all the essentials including pots, pans, oil and spices, coffee makers, ground coffee, crockpot, full-size oven, microwave and much more.

 You’ll find a Laptop-friendly workstation complete with a printer, toner, paper and pens. Stay connected with our high speed Gigibit 

Internet and WIFI for Zoom calls, webinars, gaming, streaming and all your social media and entertainment needs.

You’ll find a fully stocked game closet with board games galore for days with inclement weather or when you need a break from the Arizona sun in the comfort of air conditioning. GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation. Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.
