In addition to the master bedroom, the upstairs level also features two more king bedrooms and a bunk room with four full-size beds. Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner’s closet) via keypad entry. Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation in the area. Primary Guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property. If you want the pool heated during your stay please make sure to reach out before booking to ensure it will be an option. Check-in is at 4 pm Check-out is at 10 am Heated pool fee is $100/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you’d like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Please keep in mind that there is only one heater, so the pool and the spa cannot be heated at the same time. Hot tub does not have a blower. Thank you! No parties allowed, grounds for termination Quiet hours- 10pm-7am No pets allowed GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation. Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival. Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out. Please know that the jetted tub is not usable at the moment due to leaks in the jet lines. We are currently working on a permanent solution.
